Airborne...

Take a look at the following article. I get sick of people telling me how great Airborne is. Can't we just accept that something works because we think it does? And yes, vitamins can help your immune system fight off sickness. What a novel idea!

In some countries it is illegal to sell untested Vitamins.

My relatives acted like they were poison.

Vitamin craze has gone on for decades without any definitive studies. I believe in vitamin C but I think allot of this stuff is artificial junk packed into dense pills, that goes straight through you without having any real effect.

It seems that there is so much more unregulated medically advantageous shit on the market. I imagine there is a market for it because real medicine is so expensive. What a way to live. I pay out my ass to stay alive. My medical expenses have increased over 1000x in the last 3 years. What can you do? Many people try to take the easy way out with unregulated bullshit. That is the reality of my situation, I am not sure how similar it is to others...but it my main consideration in November!

Teachers shouldn't make drugs and pharmacists shouldn't teach children. Fair trade.

Interestingly, human civilizations and communities have been using untested 'medicines' for centuries before 'modern' science and the politics of wealth took over the development, distribution, and advertising of medicine.

Of course Airborne shouldn't make claims that it can't legitimately verify; but we also should admit the the standards we impose for something to be called medicine can be illogical and often at odds with the practices that have contributed to many peaceful and sustainable cultures throughout history.

>the standards we impose for something to be called medicine can be illogical

I will admit this to an extent, many corporate medicines are really poisons with one benefit.
However, untested Medical practices from ancient cultures with life expectancies of 50 years are not Medicine either.
